In retail banking, I listened to customer needs and their expectations from large companies – what actually works and what doesn't.
I worked directly with clients and sales teams, managed performance, and saw the impact of decisions in everyday practice.
From the headquarters of a large company, I had the opportunity to translate these experiences into the design and modification of products and services.
I began focusing on how to systematically improve and innovate things within a large organization.
I built a team that helped large companies realize these changes – from design to actual delivery.
I gradually took responsibility for delivery, project quality, and the overall operations of the agency.
I didn't want to stay just in the role of a supplier, so I also apply these experiences to my own projects, where I bear full responsibility for the outcome.
I completed my studies in Information Services Design at Masaryk University.
I continuously integrate my diverse experiences across business, design, and technology, and systematically develop them.
I actively engage with AI, automation, and modern approaches to product development.
